Delivery and Returns

We are committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction with our products beyond the point of sale. Please follow below instructions carefully to return your item(s).

 

Shipping Questions 

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped via UPS. You may choose their different type of services at checkout.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal.

 

If I place an order today, when should I expect it to arrive?

Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days as they are placed and delivered within 10 to 15 business days thereafter depending on your shipping destination.

 

Return Policy

  • 1. Unused product in the original packaging and condition may be returned by mail within 14 days of delivery.

 

  • 2. Before returning merchandise you must contact our Customer Service to receive authorization.

 

  • 3. We cannot accept returns without our authorization. To obtain authorization, please call our Ontario Customer Service at (905) 738 – 8300 between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time).

 

  • 4. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

 

  • 5. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip, date of authorization, and the name of the customer service representative that you spoke with. Please note on the packing slip the reason for the return.

 

  • 6. You will be refunded for the price of the items returned, once they have been received in our warehouse.

 

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns. We recommend mailing the return by UPS or another carrier that provides tracking services.

 

  • 7. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to assist you.

 

  • 8. Individual products purchased as a set (the entire set must be returned)

 

  • 9. Cornice Trim Ltd. can only accept returns of products purchased at www.cornicetrim.ca
